The Czarnecky Home is a private lake front vacation home for rent on beautiful Norris Lake, Tennessee in Deerfield Resort.

One of the finest lake front rental homes available in Deerfield Resort, with all the amenities to make your vacation the most satisfying. A paradise for boating, water-skiing, fishing, and golfing. Near Knoxville and proximity to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, offering a wide variety of vacation attractions.

We pride ourselves to have one of the best equipped and maintained rental homes on the lake. We constantly maintain and upgrade the home to keep it in the condition you expect when you arrive. See our website for a virtual tour.

Location: Waterfront in a cove, makes it a safe and relaxing place to spend time on the water.

Deck: Overlooking the lake and dock, relax as the sunsets.

Hot Tub: For six, with an exceptional view.

Fire Pit: Sits 20 overlooking the water. Cozy up to this gas fire pit and create memories with your family and friends.

Stainless Steel Gas Grill: Professional, oversized and attached to house natural gas, so there is no need for messing with propane tanks on your vacation or running out.

Modern Kitchen: Includes large refrigerator with freezer and ice maker, additional commercial ice maker produces 100 pounds per day. A second undercounter refrigerator just for beverages. All cooking items and place settings for over 20 people. Downdraft cook top, oven, microwave, and central preparation island, makes it easy to prepare for multiple families.

Pantry Room: A very large room dedicated as a pantry has plenty of room to store all of your food, coolers, beverages, and extra gear.

Central Stereo System: Each room has its own volume control. Includes a CD player and tape deck so you can enjoy your favorite music anywhere in the house.

Great Rooms: Two separate rooms both with TV and VCR. Both include a card table and chairs, couch and comfortable side chairs. The lower great room also has a pool table. One of the great rooms has a gas fireplace.

Walkway: A paved walkway from the house to the dock. No steps to climb.

Dock: The boat dock has slips for four boats and a float for a jet-ski and plenty of other room for other toys to tie up. It has a roof over the walkway and two of the boat slips. Permanent bumpers assist in keeping you boat looking good. A large area for sun bathing and ladder for swimming along with two picnic benches that are covered makes it easy to spend the entire day down at the dock.

Game Room: The game room with a pool table, wii, Xbox, Xbox 360 and board games will keep the family busy in the evenings or on a rainy day.

Deerfield Resort: Guests have access to the golf course, private marina, pool, volley ball court and tennis court.

Airstrip: One of our community’s most unique features is a private airstrip with a 3000-foot paved runway.

Backup generator for the entire house so you will always have power air conditioning and heat for your vacation. If have ever vacationed in the mountains, you should always ask about a backup generator

Boat Rentals: Springs Dock is close to Deerfield Resort and offer pontoons, ski boats, fishing boats or wave runners for rent: 5 minutes driving / 2 minutes by boat. Oasis rentals will deliver their boats to the house for you.

Fishing Licenses: Licenses are NOT available at the marinas, but can be purchased in town at Walmart or by calling 888-814-8972.

Golf Course: The Greens at Deerfield offers a beautiful 6800-yard championship course designed by Bobby Clampett. The course also features a driving range and practice greens. The Golf Shop offers a full service pro shop with a wide array of clubs, accessories and apparel.

Deerfield’s Recreational Amenities:

Swimming Pool: Open Memorial Day Weekend – Labor Day Weekend. 9AM-9PM Daily. There is no lifeguard on duty. An adult must accompany children under 12.

Tennis Courts: Open all year – Daylight-Dark It is not necessary to reserve court time. Rental racquets and balls are available at the Deerfield office.

Sand Volleyball: Open all year – Daylight-Dark Volleyball available at Deerfield office.

Restaurants:

The Green’s Grill located inside the clubhouse at The Greens at Deerfield offers breakfast and lunch. Open 7 days Memorial Day Weekend-Labor Day Weekend. Open Fri, Sat & Sun in April, May, September, and October.

The marinas of Springs Dock, Shanghai Resort & Sequoyah Marina all have good food.

McCloud Mountain Trails & Restaurant:

This is one of the most beautiful mountain views in the area. The Developer of Deerfield Resort is also the developer of McCloud Mountain. This is worth the 35 minute drive.

University of Tennessee – About 45 minutes from the stadium.

Pigeon Forge / Gatlinburg attractions are only a 60 minute drive.

There were so many different things to do to keep us entertained, plenty of seating for dinners, an awesome dock, a hot tub and a fire pit! The house is located in a cozy cove that is quiet and beautiful. It is perfect for swimming and floating off the dock. The dock had every accommodation we could need - multiple boat slips, lounge chairs, dining table, sunny spots for tanning and shady spots to cool off. Steps from the dock is the most amazing firepit that is unlike any I've seen before, perfect for a post dinner drink and chat. The house is the perfect lake house - updated and decorated so nicely but also super relaxed and welcoming. The kitchen has anything you would need to cook for crowd, there's plenty of different spots to socialize and relax inside and wrap around decks with amazing views of the lake. Also on the wrap around deck is a large hot tub that was perfect after a day of water sports. The bunk room has queen and twin beds so it's perfect for the adult 'kids' which is what we used it for or to load up with kids. There are also gaming consoles for kids entertainment! The location is perfect for a quick trip to Springs Marina for an ice cream (our favorite!). We will definitely be coming back to the Czarnecky House and would highly recommend to anyone traveling to Norris. Thank you so much for having us!

Beautiful, sunny days spent chilling on the dock between boat rides. The location is perfect. You are tucked away in a cove, feeling as if you have the lake to yourself. Plenty of space for everyone to hang out together indoors, outdoors, on the dock, room to swim and close to marinas! The house was fully equipped, clean and ready for our stay - and very accessible communication with the owner if we needed anything. Beautiful and safe location. The house is spacious with incredible views of the bay.  Plenty of room for a group of any size.  There is even a commercial sized ice maker to fill coolers for a day on the lake.  We made use of all accommodations during our visit.  The pier / dock is huge and provides covered storage if you bring a boat.  There is additional space if your group brings more than one boat.  The dock has plenty of room to enjoy a beverage in the sun with friends or just relax in the tranquil bay.  After a day on the lake skiing we all recovered in the hot tub.  We made dinner on the out door  gas grill for the entire crew and completed the day by the fire pit.  This vacation home is really a great place to relax with family and friends.

This home belongs to my brother and his wife and although I have been there before I have not seen it since 1999 due to living in Arizona. Our family was there recently for a family reunion so it was great to come back and see all of the changes. They have done a beautiful job in keeping it updated. It is very clean and spacious, well stocked and comfortably furnished. The covered dock is large enough for a couple of boats and plenty large enough for a big group to hang out and swim. The house and dock are set back in a cove which is nice because you never have to worry about boat traffic or waves. Yet it is very close to the marinas. This is a GREAT house for a large family or a group. I would highly recommend it!!
